What is Xtream?
Xtream provides Internet advertising and online marketing solutions for individuals, groups and businesses. It is your One-stop membership site and digital library. Xtream has many aspects, and so does your membership into Xtream:

Who needs to use Xtream:
Anyone who uses the Internet to market online. Xtream benefits affiliate members, network marketers, business owners, webmasters, bloggers, program Admins, and just about anyone who either runs an online program or wants to take their business to the Internet.
What does an Xtream Membership cost:
- The Subscription to a Regular Membership costs $9.95 monthly or $99.95 annual. Regular Membership commissions grow to a maximum of 60%.
- There is an optional Pro upgrade available during our Launch that costs $97 one-time. Pro Members commissions grow to the maximum 85%. Pro Members also receive additional digital products not found in the Members Library valued at over $3600. See One-Time-Offer.
Do I have to upgrade to Pro?
No, you do not. Upgrade to Pro only if you want to participate in the Progressive Commission Plan that goes to 85% and receive the unique digital products not found in the Members Libraray valued at $3600. The one-time fee simply upgrades your membership so you can receive the maximum 85% commissions.
Can I purchase just the One-time offer and not a monthly or annual subscription?
While the system will allow you to purchase just the One-time Pro and allow you access to the Library, in order to retain continuous access to the Library you will need to have an active, seperate monthly or annual subscription to Xtream. In order to earn commissions, you need a monthly or annual subscription with Xtream Members. In order to receive upgrades at the select membership sites valued at over $100 monthly, you need an active monthly or annual subscription to Xtreammembers. Subscribe to Xtream on a Regular Member subscription. Upgrade your subscription to Pro. Maintain your subscription from month-to-month or year-to-year to remain a subscriber member to Xtream.
What do I get as an Xtream Member?
Upgrades at select Xtream Marketing online marketing venues valued at over $100 monthly, access to our Digital Libraries valued at many thousands of dollars, live training and mentoring in our webinars, and participation in the single level affiliate program where commissions grow to a maximum of 60% for Regular Members, 85% for Pro Members as the company reaches target paid subscription population levels.
How does the affiliate program work?
It is a single tier plan with a progressive commission with two membership levels - Regular Member and Pro Member. The plan pays on active, paid subscriptions. Commissions are all based on the Collective membership population of paid subscribers. As Xtream achieves target levels, commissions increase.
- Regular Member: requires active monthly or annual subscription and pays up to 60% in commissions.
- Pro Member: requires active monthly or annual Member subscription plus a One-Time Pro fee of $97.00. Pro Member must maintain the monthly or annual subscription in order to retain their membership and be paid commissions up to 85%.
How do I subscribe to Xtream:
Four steps:
- Start with subscribing to Xtream. Go to our Subscription Page and enroll as a Regular Member. You will be taken to the payment processor. Cost is $9.95 monthly or $99.95 annual. You have the option to upgrade to Pro.
- After you have joined Xtream, download the Apsense Software to your computer desktop and subscribe to the xtream iChannel. The software is free.
- Next, download our webinar software to your computer desktop. The software is free.
You want to accomplish these three steps first. For the fourth step, please wait for your sponsor to contact you with their Building Blocks link. You will want to enroll in Building Blocks, but need to do so on your Sponsor's link. Building Blocks is free to join.
What Payment Processor can I use?
We currently accept Paypal which also allows you to pay through credit card.
How do I become a Pro Member:
Purchase a Regular Membership and start your monthly subscription. Then, purchase the One-Time Pro package. You must maintain your monthly subscription to earn and be paid commissions. First month cost is $9.95 plus the $97 for $106.95. Maintain your Pro Membership by paying the $9.95 monthly each month. Remember to also subscribe to the xtream iChannel.
How does the Progressive Commission program work?
Commissions increase as the paid membership population in Xtream grows. Growth depends upon the collective efforts of the entire team. As the paid subscribers membership grows, the commissions paid on each paid subscriber increases to the Maximum 85%. Regular members can earn up to 60%. All member levels must have active subscriptions in order to be paid commissions.
How soon do I start earning Commissions?
Immediately for Pro Members. Regular Members start earning commissions as soon as Xtream, as a Group, reach 100 paid subscribers. The percentage we pay out for each subscriber then grows as we reach each target membership level. You must have an active subscription to earn Commissions.
I am a Regular Member, and I sponsor someone in right away. What does that mean as far as commissions go?
As a Regular Member, you will earn commissions when the Group has 100 paid subscribers on every active member you have sponsored. As soon as the Group reaches the target goal of 100 paid subscribers, we change commissions from 0% to the percentage shown on the Plan.
When do I get paid Commissions?
Within 5 days after the close of each calendar month. You must have an active subscription to be paid commissions.
Why is there no Free Membership with Xtream Members?
There are three basic reasons.
- 1. Xtream and it's Network Partners run many advertising venues that offer free memberships. You are welcome to visit our pages to find their sites. With the Xtream Membership, you receive upgrades at select venues which people normally must pay for, as well as memberships into resources that have no free membership. That value is in excess of $100 monthly. You also access a library of downloadable scripts and other items that people would normally have to purchase. Estimated value is several thousand dollars and grows daily.
- 2. No one gets paid on free. Free is just that. Free. 0 revenue. Nothing to pay commissions on. It does not matter how many programs on the internet claim members make MONEY for free by never spending a single dime is, to be frank and honest - lying. There is no money in free. Free members also inflate the membership total. If we have reached the Maximum payout level with a population that includes free membership, Xtream cannot meet it's business expenses, let alone pay commissions. We need actual paying subscribers in order to be able to payout Progressive Commissions and stay in business.
- 3. Building Blocks is the free affiliate downline builder and feeder into Xtream Members. Anyone can join Blocks for free and join the majority of venues found within the Xtream Network that offer free memberships. For the venues which do not offer free upgrades, like the Pro FFA sites, submitters and etc - you will need to purchase those seperately on your own. With the Xtream Membership you receive accounts at the Paid venues plus upgraded accounts at many sites that value in excess of $100.00
Why do Commissions start at 100 paid subscriptions for the Regular Members?
This is the baseline earning level that allows Xtream to apply the Progressive commission structure. It establishes the revenue Xtream needs for the business: scripts, leases, and other business expenses and overhead.
How will I know when we reach each Progressive Commission Level?
Xtream will broadcast the paid subscription membership count daily via the xtream iChannel., as well as in Live Webinar Sessions. Everyone plugged into Xtream will know exactly where the Gtoup stands daily on paid subscriptions. You will see it Announced in your back office, you will be able to view your Earnings Report, and, of course, when you receive your first commission payment as we pay those automatically within 5 days of close of each calendar month.
How do I cancel my Subscription to Xtream Members?
- Please contact Admin to close your account at xtreammanagement@gmail.com.
- Go to your payment processor and cancel your subscription.
I was a Pro Member but canceled my monthly subscription. What happens to my membership?
Admin will close your account and remove your subscription from the system. Admin will then advise the Network Partners that you are no longer an Xtream Membership subscription holder. Admins at each venue will downgrade your upgraded membership to a free membership at venues which provide free memberships. At the venues which do not have free members, your accounts at those sites will be closed. Please also remember to remove the xtream iChannel from your Apsense direct-to-desktop system if you no longer want to receive our updates.
I was a member and my payment processor canceled my subscription. What should I do?
We understand that some payment processors - in particular PayPal - will automatically cancel subscriptions any time a change in banking or credit card is made on those accounts. If your subscription is cancelled by your payment processor due to their protocols, please re-start your subscription asap. This will prevent interruptions to your subscriptions.
I was a Pro member and my payment processor canceled my subscription. Do I also have to re-buy the Pro Upgrade?
No. If you were a Pro member, please advise Admin. We will verify your Pro status and manually reset you to the Pro status.
What is in the Membership Library?
Downloadable digital items that include software you download and use from your computer, scripts you upload to your domains and websites, articles, ebooks, video ebooks, and private label with resell and/or giveaway rights. While not finished, Xtream has well over 1,000 items to load into the library. As of 10am Eastern 9-18-08 we currently have around 30 items loaded. New items will be added as we obtain them. Consider Xtream as your Ultimate Digital Library, which will get even more extreme in time.
How do I promote Xtream?
The same way you would any of your other affiliate programs: via email, links, and text ads. Through safelists, Pro FFA memberships, at social network venues, through traffic exchanges and classified ads, downline builders - through all the resources you find at Xtream, and then others you currently have or will find as you do your online marketing. You will also find that we compliment most every affiliate program on the Internet as we provide a huge arsonal of internet advertising and online marketing resources. So you can promote us along side any other program you are currently involved with. As you build your downline in programs, invite your teams to the Xtream webinars where they learn how to effectively use every type of online advertising resources there is to use from email marketing to traffic. We also hold workshops on effective email ad writing, building and optimizing websites, managing your blogs, and conquering the Search Engines.
We have banners loaded in your Xtream Members back office for your use, and some example email and text ad copy posted to this website or found ini your back office as well. We encourage everyone to create their own splash, landing, or squeeze pages (what ever you want to call them) to promote Xtream alongside your other affiliate programs. If you don't know how to do that you can either come to sessions to learn how, or visit links on the Network and Recommended to find Service Providers who can do that for you.
What is Building Blocks?
Building Blocks is an affiliate downline builder. You join Blocks on your SPONSOR'S link, find the list of sites in Blocks, join sites listed in Blocks. Then change the referral link at each program listed in your Blocks back office to yours. As you promote and sponsor members into Xtream and Blocks, those members go to their Blocks back office, join the programs listed on YOUR referral link, and then change the referral link to their own. As they promote, the cycle continues. This helps you build downlines in multiple programs.
What does Building Blocks cost?
Building Blocks is free to join with an option to upgrade to a Pro membership level.
Is a Pro Membership in Building Blocks included in my Xtream Subscription?
No it is not. That requires a seperate upgrade, which you will find within your Building Blocks Members' back office.
How do I use Building Blocks?
As stated above, you use Blocks to build your downline in many programs which in turn helps you in many ways. You can promote Blocks as the free feeder program into Xtream and other marketing systems.
I belong to a program not listed at Xtream or Building Blocks. Can you add them?
For Xtream, please ask the owner or Admin of the program to contact Cherie Halliday at xtreammanagement@gmail.com so we can review the venue to determine where the program could fit in the Xtream Profile. For Building Blocks, free members can add one unique program to their personal Blocks profile. Pro Members can add up to five (5).
I own or Admin an Internet advertising resource, or provide a service that compliments Internet advertising and online Network Marketing. Can I be listed at Xtream and Building Blocks?

What is the xtream iChannel?
The xtream iChannel is our Direct-To-Desktop publishing application that allows Xtream to communicate with the iChannel subscriber. We use it to publish our news, updates, keep our Xtream Members advised on titles that have been added to the digital library, what commission level the Group has reached, what venue in our Network is having a special or a contest, post our live webinar schedule, and in short, helps us keep everyone informed on what is going on within Xtream and the Network partners. It replaces traditional email communication.
How do I get the xtream iChannel?
By downloading the Apsense Software to your computer and adding xtream as one of your iChannels.
What is the Apsense Software?
The Apsense Software is a Direct-To-Desktop publishing application tool that uses a concept called an iChannel to deliver information directly from the Publisher to the subscriber's desktop. Information is not handled via email servers. Large Groups, Companies and Corporations use similar applications to communicate with employees, clients and subscribers. A few Internet Advertising Companies, like Gotsafelist, uses an iChannel to publish advertising to the members, in addition broadcasting ads via traditional email.
What is Apsense itself?
Apsense is a business social network that also provides the iChannel direct-to-desktop publishing system. Apsense has a free membership and an upgraded one as well. Members who join the Apsense program can set up their own iChannel.
What is an iChannel?
An iChannel is the link to a specific user/publisher. A member of Apsense (like Xtream) can set up their own iChannel (like xtream) which people can then subscribe to. Once a person subscribes to an iChannel, they then receive what ever is published by the iChannel owner. In the case of the xtream iChannel, the subscriber will receive our Xtream news and updates... usually at least one daily.
Why do I need to download the Direct-to-Desktop Apsense software?
Xtream is moving away from relying on traditional email to communicate news, updates, and events to the members. The direct-to-desktop solution allows Xtream to broadcast immediately to the members without the interruptions of being re-routed to bulk mail servers or wrestling with email bounce and the email spam word filters. As most people know, even the most innocent of commonly used words like check, subscription, or even office sets the spam filters off at most email services which then blocks or rejects email. The direct to desktop solution ensures you actually receive the information you requested so you can keep current with Xtream via the xtream iChannel.
How much does Apsense Cost?
The software is Free. The subscription to any iChannel is free.
How do I set up the Apsense Software?
Go to the Apsense Website. Find the Download icon in the upper Menu on the website. Select download. Run the set up. Once Apsense is installed, go to Add iChannel - the Big Green +. In the top box enter the word xtream. Save. (add iChannel). You are now subscribed to the xtream iChannel.
Do I need to be a member of Apsense?
No. However you may want to join them and start your own iChannel for your members, downlines, and lists.
What kind of messages will I get on my xtream iChannel?
Updates on Company growth, daily report of paid subscribers stats, general announcements, newsletters on events and specials ongoing at Xtream membership and Network Partner sites and other relevant information and content.
I get my newsletter. When I click on the link, it takes me to a browser window so I can read the newsletter. After a minute or so, or after I leave the newsletter, the link disappears in my iChannel. Why does this happen?
When you click on a link in your iChannel, that activates the message. The apsense software automatically clears titles that have been activated.
How do I save a message so I can read it later, or go back to it again after I click on the message?
To SAVE a message, add to your Favorites Folder. When you save the message to Favorites, you will be able to go back later and read the entire message. If you forget, and did not save, the message will disappear from your desktop and you will no longer be able to access it again.
What is Hot Conference?
Hot Conference is the provider of our online conference rooms which we use to hold live support, training, meetings, and events called webinars. It allows large groups of people to access one area where people can talk to one another, text chat, listen to company Calls, watch movie presentations, and view webpages as a group. It even has a White Board where presenters can draw lines and pictures to illustrate points, similar to a blackboard.
Why do I need to download the software?
To be able to attend and participate in the meetings, live support, training and webinar events.
Where do I find the Software?
You get the software by downloading our rooms. Set up each room on your computer desktop. Enter the room with your First and Last Name followed by your Country then State or Provence. Example: Lonnie Basinger - USA, TX.
You only have to do this one time. The room software will remember you on future visits.

I have subscribed to Xtream, downloaded Apsense and added the xtream iChannel and downloaded the webinar room. What do I do next?
Get situated with your Xtream Members Account:
- Log into your Members' back office and get your referral link, banners and other promotional material.
- Download your desktop marketing tools and start setting them up to use
- Enter the Library to find and download items
- Join Building Blocks on your Sponsor's Referral
- Enter your Block's Members' Area and find the resources listed on the Xtream page in Blocks.
- Join those venues from your Block's back office. This enrolls you in those venues under your Sponsor.
- Request your Upgrades
- Replace your Sponsor's Id in Blocks with your own
- Review the other pages of resources (link) and (link)
- Find them listed in Blocks. Join the venues from the link listed in Blocks. Replace your Sponsor's id with your own.
Important note: if you are ALREADY a member of any program listed at Blocks, do NOT rejoin. Simply replace the default link with your CURRENT affiliate id. Contact the Venue Admin and request your upgrade, if the venue is offering one to Xtream Members.
There are programs listed at Blocks which do not appear on the Xtream Members list. Why is that?
Building Blocks is a seperate program owned and managed by Judy Young of Jdana and Evergreen. She networks with other people and is involved with programs outside of Xtream. You will find that many of our Network Partners and Recommended Resources have downline builders of their own. We highly encourage you to utilize those programs as well. All these programs fit into YOUR marketing strategy and are useful as you build YOUR own business or businesses.
There are a lot of links to keep up with in Xtream. What are the most important?
Your Affiliate Link (found in Xtream Members' back office.)
Your Building Blocks affiliate link (found in your Blocks back office.)
Recommend you copy those links and add them not only to your browser/s favorites or as a Group, but also record them in a document on your computer for future reference. We also recommend you record all the links, and log in information to all the membership venues you join as well.
Will I receive a lot of email from Xtream?
You will receive your subscription notice, a notice of a sign up, a Welcome letter from your Sponsor, and some automatic mail initially. You should also receive an email from your Sponsor with their Building Blocks link so you can join Blocks. As the Company grows, you will most likely be contacted by your Sponsor to join their specific List or iChannel. For the most part, no. You will need to download the Apsense Direct to Desktop software and add the xtream iChannel to get our Daily Updates and come to Live Webinar sessions as well to keep current with Xtream.
Can you tell me a little more about Xtream itself?
Xtream itself was founded in 2004 with one traffic exchange, xtreamsurf. Xtream is a blending of two words as well as a play on one word - extreme. We are extreme and a team. The ex in the English lanuage is pronouced like the English standard alphabet character X. So extreme became X and the blending with team became X team. What was left was the r. So x team became Xtream. As the originally domain involved a traffic exchange, a search in whois showed xtreamsurf available. This one domain became the basis of Xtream, which has evolved into a Network of many internet advertising service providers as well individual internet marketers who are not necessarily service providers themselves. What ever their role in Xtream, many of them who have been involved on the Internet and actively marketing online for 12 years or longer. As a collective Group, we have seen things come, go, and endure.
The Founding Members and principles of Xtream have literally 'been there, done it' and have either been a part of or a witness to all kinds of ventures start up. Some of those programs have crashed and burned in big ways, others never got off the ground, some did for relatively short periods of time, others rather faded away - sometimes quickly, some not so. Other programs proved to be very successful and are thriving and growing in membership as of today. Xtream is founded on the thrivers and survivors.

The list grows daily. We anticipate over 1,000 titles available to Xtream Members by years end.

I cannot login! Why do I get the Registration Expired message when I try to log in to Xtream Members?
That message occurs whenever there is an issue with your subscription. The most common causes for that message are:
- Your subscription payment was either not received OR it has not cleared your payment processor. Until payment is actually received by Xtream Members you are not able to access your Members Area.
- Your subscription was cancelled. When you or your payment processor cancels your subscription, your account is automatically deactivated and you will not be able to access your Xtream Members back office.

You will use your Pro account for everything! Use the yahoo address account to get your referral link, access stuff, etc. Use THAT referral link to promote! The Pro account is set to the maximum progressive commission levels. Currently paying 7.5%. You want all your referrals THERE, not on the regular sub with the gmail account. The regular membership is only the sub that keeps you active with Xtream.
As far as joining the marketing sites which require a membership, we recommend everyone enter their Building Blocks account to join them. This keeps lines of sponsorship intact. That venue records referral ids and is the downline builder. Anything you are not already a member of, you want to join thru blocks as that is thru your sponsor. If you are already a member, dont rejoin. Example - you are already a member of xtreamsurf, cfpc traffic, and wdt. (I am upgrading you there asap). You don't rejoin. Simply replace the sponsor link with your own. I think you are a Pro at Blocks? If you are, you can email your downline 5 levels deep there once a week.
