Xtream publishs a daily update using the iChannel We will NOT be using email to keep our members current and informed. Those of you who have been in business on the internet for long know why that is. None-the-less, everyday xtream publishs our paid subscription stats, update members on what has been added to the library and publish the ffa report at the bare minimum. We also publish other news, special promotions and etc happening throughout the Xtream network. Just as everyone needs that conference room software on their computer so they can get into a room for live support, meetings, sessions and webinar events: everyone ALSO NEEDS to have the Apsense software installed on their computer and the xtream iChannel added. 1. Members have access to a Digital Library based on your subscription Level. 50 items are available only to the Pro and Founding Members. Everyone receives upgrades at the sites listed on http://xtreammembers.com/xtream.html

2. You will receive any upgrades found listed on http://xtreammembers.com/network.html That page lists Network Partner sites who, while Networking with Xtream, may not necessarily be giving away upgrades on a permanent basis. If a NP is giving away something, it is marked on that page.

3. http://xtreammembers.com/recommended.html is a list of venues someone on our team has used over the years with some result. Some venues are membership sites you join, others you simply use.

4. The way the System is designed to work is that YOU first join http://xtreammembers.com on your Sponsor's link.

Please join Building Blocks on your Sponsor's link! If you do not hear from your Sponsor within 24 hours of signing up with Xtream, please contact us at xtreamanagement@gmail.com for that link. Once you join Blocks, record your Blocks affiliate link. When a member joins Xtream under your sponsorship, they will receive an email from Xtream and be taken to a page which will advise them to expect an email from their Sponsor which will include their Building Blocks link. New members are to join Building Blocks on their SPONSOR’S link. You, their sponsor, are responsible for sending that email!

Why is this important? Building Blocks is our Xtream affiliate downline builder and we want to ensure lines of sponsorship are maintained  in ALL the programs, in as much as they can be, as people join all our venues. YOU WILL JOIN THE VENUES LISTED ON THE PAGES WITH RESOURCES THROUGH BUILDING BLOCKS! Of course, if you are already a member of a venue - like Smiley Traffic for example - you will NOT rejoin Smiley. You will simply put in your own referral id in Blocks. If you are already a member of and xtream site, do NOT rejoin. Simply request your upgrade if needed and put your referral  id in Blocks. On any venue that you are NOT currently a member, join the site under your sponsors link as shown in Blocks.

So, it is a coordination effort that happens between Xtream and Blocks: you join Xtream Members, you join Blocks, as you join each venue listed with Xtream, you update the Blocks link in your back office. As you market Xtream, market Blocks. Use BOTH links on all your email ads, web pages, and etc. Have your emails embedded with both your Xtream and Blocks links. And, prepare a Welcome Letter for yourself so you can immediately contact your referral.

One is your Xtream Referral link to promote and enroll Subcribers into Xtream. The second is your Building Blocks referral link. You will SEND your Blocks link to every person you sponsor into Xtream so they can join listed programs under you. Also consider this: as Blocks does have a free membership, it is the perfect vehicle for you to promote Xtream to introduce people to our System who would not normally pay for something up front. So, as you market Xtream - also market Blocks.

One of the things we learned over the past few years is that personal contact and developing that personal relationship is ABSOLUTE KEY to success in any business - especially on the Internet. There is no such thing as anyone's payment processor automatically filling up with deposits like magic. It does NOT happen, and anyone telling you that it does is lying to you. While you use the Internet to REACH thousands of people you normally would NEVER reach, impersonal marketing does not work - it fails every single time.

Xtream, or anyone else for that matter, can have the absolute best thing going on ever, maybe even have something that might be a bit revolutionary, but unless the PEOPLE who drive Xtream now actually gets to know the OTHER PEOPLE who will also be driving Xtream, we won't get anywhere. Lol.

The members in Xtream associate with one another on a basis, we have live sessions going on frequently each week. Sunday, 9-28-08 we are hosting an Open House 3-6pm Eastern USA in the Resource Room. We will meet and greet members, answer questions, and - in general - help people with an orientation into Xtream, the tools, the System, and explain the Compensation Plan. 6pm Eastern is an Early Bird conversation with Vern of Smiley Traffic followed by a Live Webinar Eventat 7pm Easten where Smiley Talks Traffic in an open, honest, and refreshing manner. It will be fun, informative, and more than likely a bit lively at times. You are welcome to bring guests.
